Cover Strips
Zylo cover strips are a one piece aluminium extrusion, powder coated and shaped for a perfect tap-on fit when butting two lengths together or joining on to a corner fitting.

Stop Ends
Stop ends are ordered separately in left and right hand versions. They are simply tapped onto the end of a profile or corner section at the end of a run.

Corner Fittings
Preformed 90 degree corner sections add a professional touch to any installation. A pair of cover strips are recommended for concealing the abutment joints.

Hand Access Panels
Provide secure access to stop taps, control valves and switches. The plate size is 150mm square and covers an opening cutout of 100mm x 100mm. Secured with 6mm Knurled knob.

Fixing Kit
Each kit contains 100 4 gauge white powder coated screws (adequate for approx ten full lengths of Zylo pipe boxing/casing) together with a pilot drill and matching screw driver bit.

Fixing Battens
Three batten sizes available to support entire range of standard profiles.
