Degree Outside Corners
Preformed outside corner mitre
sections make a difficult detail easy. A pair of cover
strips (shown below) are recommended for concealing
the abutment joints.
Stop
Ends
Stop ends can be ordered in left
or right hand versions. They are simply tapped onto the
end of a profile or corner section at the end of a run.
Cover
Strips
Cover strips are formed from an extruded aluminium profile.
The profile shape allows it to be tapped onto the end
of one profile and overlap the next. Recommended for all
abutment joints.
Hand
Access Panels
Provide secure access to stop taps, control valves and
switches. Hinged and recessed they are provided with a
quarter turn keyed lock. All locks are keyed alike and
spare keys are always available.

Screws
and Fixing Kit
Each kit contains 100 white powder coated screws (adequate
for approx ten full lengths of Zylo Casing), together
