Using a new manufacturing technique, the profiles are formed with tight radius corners whilst maintaining a seamless hygienic outer coating to the finished product.

The tight radius bend, which is less than the wall thickness of the material gives them an elegant appearance making them easy to scribe and install. Compare this with traditional steam bent plywood casings which have an unsightly radius bend of 26mm or more and tend to rag and splinter when being cut.
